200 Amp Service Upgrade and New Garage Panel

The need for a new 200-Amp electrical service was clear, so we removed the old meter panel, wiring, and sub-panel. We installed a new meter panel with a main disconnect switch, ran conduit, and replaced the main panel, along with a new grounding system. Additionally, we connected the main panel in the living room to a new sub-panel in the garage. Necessary permits and inspections were coordinated efficiently.

The existing 100-Amp service was outdated, prompting us to replace it with a new 200-Amp service. We removed the old meter panel, wiring, and sub-panel, installing a new meter panel complete with a main disconnect switch. Additionally, we set up the new sub-panel with updated breakers and established a fresh grounding system to ensure safety and compliance. We also connected the new mini-split condenser by installing conduit, wire, a breaker, and an A/C disconnect.

New Swimming Pool Wiring and Panel Installation

To ensure safe and efficient operation of the new swimming pool equipment, we installed power from the main meter to a dedicated Sub-Panel, running underground PVC conduit and wiring for a 240V 80A feed. We also wired the filtration system, heater, pump, and lights, while providing GFCI protection, and created an equipotential bonding grid for safety by grounding the equipment with bare copper wire.

Commercial Building Renovation

Transforming the old bowling alley into vibrant pickleball and indoor soccer courts required extensive electrical work. We installed new lighting, upgraded electrical panels, and ensured all outlets met safety standards to support the diverse activities planned for the facility. This meticulous upgrade created a dynamic space for sports enthusiasts.

Generator Connection

An outdated power system posed challenges during utility outages, requiring a reliable backup solution. We installed a 120-volt manual transfer switch to seamlessly connect the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra backup power system with critical circuits in the home. By relocating six branch circuits from the main panel, we ensured essential small loads and lighting would remain powered during outages. All wiring and connections were meticulously completed and tested to confirm functionality in both utility and backup modes.

Attic Space Conversion

Transforming an open attic space into a functional closet required a comprehensive electrical installation. We extended power from a nearby 20-amp circuit, installing new wiring for three receptacles, a light switch, and two canless recessed lights. This included roughing in the wiring and mounting locations, ensuring a seamless final installation once the area was prepared for electrical finishes.
